Wind Farm Location Special Optimization Based on Grid GIS and Choquet Fuzzy Integral Method in Dalian City, China

Selecting an appropriate wind farm location must be specific to a particular administrative region, which involves restrictions balance and trade-offs. Multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) GIS are widely used in energy planning, but have failed achieve the selection of optimal make it difficult establish set independent factors. Fuzzy measurement is effective method evaluate intermediate synthesis calculates factor weight through fuzzy integrals. In this paper, analyzed coupling Grid technique with λ measure. Dalian City selected as study area for proving feasibility proposed method. Typography, meteorological, transmission facilities, biological passage, infrastructure taken into index system. All indexes specialized victor grid cells base alternative unit. The results indicate that based measure Choquet integral could effectively deal special optimization problem reflect locations.
